Introducing roar girl - spring (break) training
Join us this April for a special week-long event designed for girls aged 12-17 who are ready to step into their power and build strength together. Dive into a week of learning and growth as we explore the essentials of fitness and health in an environment that’s not just supportive but truly empowering. It’s the perfect setting to make new friends, learn important life skills, and discover how strong you really can be.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Throughout the week, participants will engage in comprehensive sessions focusing on:
Form and Weights
Learning all major strength training exercises with a focus on proper form and choosing the right weights.
Hormones and Training
Understanding how hormonal changes can affect training and how to adapt.
Managing Soreness
Exploring why soreness occurs and effective strategies to reduce it.
Nutrition Insights
Debunking nutrition myths and sharing factual advice on exercise nutrition.
Consistent Training
Strategies for strength training outside of the gym to maintain consistency.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Our training sessions are scheduled from April 14th to April 18th, daily from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM. This program is tailored specifically for young women between the ages of 12 and 17. The student-to-instructor ratio is maintained at a maximum of 8 students per instructor to ensure personalized coaching, with a total capacity of 15 students.
REGISTRATION
The fee for participation is $435, covering five 90-minute sessions. Registrants must register for the entire program. No refunds or partial credit will be offered for any missed days. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the program starts; otherwise, the full fee will be forfeited.
